Our pledge to you... to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. While we offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, we will always strive to have your order processed in a timely manner.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and applicable taxes are calculated during the checkout process.
Domestic Shipping
Currently, we only ship to residents of the United States. We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.
As our company grows, we do anticipate shipping worldwide.
Our Return Policy
Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, no questions asked within 30 days of the purchase date. Gift with confidence; All items purchased between November 1, 2022 – December 24, 2022 are eligible for returns until January 22, 2023.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: We can only accept returns that are in resellable condition.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
How do I check the Status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the contact us page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
